Stress Resistance Leveling Guide After Recent Nerf – Escape From Tarkov – Shoreline – 0.12

Hey everyone!

Here is my guide to stress resistance leveling after the recent nerf (After 10-14 points, your point gain drops to almost nothing. A ~5 minute cooldown must be done before attempting the next) . Hope you find it helpful!

What you need:
1x Grizzly
1x Water
1x Food
1-2x Painkillers
1x Grenade

TLDR How:
1) Shoreline (night raid)
2) Jump off cliff near North East fire pit
3) Jump should create a bleed, run around and zero out all body parts except stomach. (Note – you MUST zero head and thorax through bleed damage only)
4) When painkillers wear off, walk to and stand on edge of fire to start damage and heal stomach repeatedly
5) Once point gain has hit about 10-14, nerf will slow the point gain to almost nothing.
6) Hide in bushes nearby, wait 5 minutes, and repeat steps 4-6 until raid ends.
7) Kill yourself with a grenade for fun 😀
